Set up your All Star page

All Star is everything in Rookie, plus photos and a banner for each program and stats on who is viewing your pages. Here is how to set it up.

What's the All Star plan? $25/month with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. You get everything in Rookie (org photos & banner, review replies, event flyers, a pinned review) plus per-program photos & banners, a page-view analytics dashboard, and unlimited registration & tryout dates. It is built for organizations running several programs.

Do these in order. You can stop and come back anytime, your progress saves as you go.

1

Claim your organization Free

Your organization is probably already listed. We add local programs automatically.

  1. Go to playgrades.app and sign in (top-right) with the email you want on the account.
  2. Find your organization via search, or tap Orgs and scroll.
  3. Open it and tap Is this your org? → Claim it free, then submit the short form.
We review claims by hand (usually same day). You'll get an email when you're approved, and then you own the page. Not listed yet? Open Pricing from the menu and tap Create your organization.
3

Polish your profile

Open your organization and tap ✏️ Edit Org. Add your logo & brand color, a short description, your website & phone, and social links (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube). The more you fill in, the more parents trust the page.

4

Add your programs

Programs are what parents browse and review (for example, "U8 Rec Soccer" or "Summer Day Camp").

  1. On your organization page, tap + Add Program.
  2. Add a name, activity, age range, season, price, and a short description.
  3. Save, and repeat for each program.
6

Give each program its own photos All Star only

This is the main reason to go All Star. Every program can have its own photos and banner, so your soccer page and your dance page look different instead of sharing the org's.

  1. Open a program and tap 📷 Add in its header.
  2. Add that program's photos and set its banner, just like the org.
  3. Repeat for each program you want to customize. Any program you don't customize simply shows your org's photos.
Same specs as the org banner: 1280 × 420, up to 5 MB. Put your best action shot of each program first.
