Claim your organization Free

Your organization is probably already listed. We add local programs automatically.

Go to playgrades.app and sign in (top-right) with the email you want on the account.
Find your organization via search, or tap Orgs and scroll.
Open it and tap Is this your org? → Claim it free, then submit the short form.

We review claims by hand (usually same day). You'll get an email when you're approved, and then you own the page. Not listed yet? Open Pricing from the menu and tap Create your organization.

Start your All Star trial, 14 days free

Once your claim is approved, open your organization and tap ✨ Upgrade this organization → Start All Star · $25/mo, then enter your card (handled securely by Stripe) to begin the 14-day free trial.

You won't be charged during the trial. Billing ($25/month) only starts when the 14 days end. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. All the All Star tools turn on as soon as your trial starts.

Polish your profile

Open your organization and tap ✏️ Edit Org. Add your logo & brand color, a short description, your website & phone, and social links (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube). The more you fill in, the more parents trust the page.

Add your programs

Programs are what parents browse and review (for example, "U8 Rec Soccer" or "Summer Day Camp").

On your organization page, tap + Add Program.
Add a name, activity, age range, season, price, and a short description.
Save, and repeat for each program.

Add your organization photos & banner All Star

Build a photo gallery on your organization. The first photo becomes the banner across the top of your page.

Open your organization and tap 📷 Add at the top. Add up to 10 photos.
To feature another, open it and tap ⭐ Set as banner. Drag the banner to reposition.

Give each program its own photos All Star only

This is the main reason to go All Star. Every program can have its own photos and banner, so your soccer page and your dance page look different instead of sharing the org's.

Open a program and tap 📷 Add in its header.
Add that program's photos and set its banner, just like the org.
Repeat for each program you want to customize. Any program you don't customize simply shows your org's photos.

Same specs as the org banner: 1280 × 420, up to 5 MB. Put your best action shot of each program first.

Add registration & tryout dates + flyers

Tell parents when to sign up or try out. Cards light up with a blue "soon" glow as the date nears. All Star gives you unlimited event dates.

Open a program, tap ✏️ Edit, then + Add event.
Pick Registration or Tryouts, set the date (or a window up to 30 days), and attach a flyer image.

Reply to reviews & pin your best

Open a program, scroll to its reviews, and add an owner reply (a branded bubble under the review, editable anytime). Found a review you love? Tap 📌 to pin it to the top. Parents notice when an owner takes the time to reply.

Read your Insights All Star only

See how parents are finding you. Open your organization and expand 📊 Your insights to view:

Views over the last 7 and 30 days, plus a day-by-day trend.
Your top programs by views, so you know what's drawing interest.
Where visitors come from (Facebook, search, direct, and more).

Insights update as people view your pages. Check back weekly to see what's working.
