Do these in order. You can stop and come back anytime, your progress saves as you go.
Claim your organization Free
Your organization is probably already listed. We add local programs automatically.
- Go to playgrades.app and sign in (top-right) with the email you want on the account.
- Find your organization via search, or tap Orgs and scroll.
- Open it and tap Is this your org? → Claim it free.
- Fill out the short claim form and submit.
Start your Rookie trial, 14 days free
Once your claim is approved, open your organization and tap ✨ Upgrade this organization → Start Rookie · $10/mo, then enter your card (handled securely by Stripe) to begin the 14-day free trial.
Polish your profile
Open your organization and tap ✏️ Edit Org. The more you fill in, the more parents trust the page:
- Logo & brand color shown everywhere; the color themes your page.
- Description, a short paragraph on who you are.
- Website & phone so parents can reach you.
- Social links: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube.
Add your programs
Programs are what parents browse and review (for example, "U8 Rec Soccer" or "Summer Day Camp").
- On your organization page, tap + Add Program.
- Add a name, activity, age range, season, price, and a short description.
- Save, and repeat for each program. Edit one later with ✏️ Edit.
Add photos & your banner Rookie
Photos are the biggest upgrade. On Rookie you build one photo gallery on your organization, and the first photo becomes the banner across the top of your page.
- Open your organization and tap 📷 Add at the top.
- Add up to 10 photos. The first is your banner; to feature another, open it and tap ⭐ Set as banner.
- Drag the banner up or down to reposition so faces aren't cropped.
Add registration & tryout dates
Tell parents when to sign up or try out. Your cards light up with a blue "soon" glow as the date nears.
- Open a program, tap ✏️ Edit, then + Add event.
- Pick Registration or Tryouts, set the date (or a window up to 30 days), and add a note.
- Rookie: attach a flyer image so parents see the details at a glance.
Reply to reviews Rookie
Replying to reviews matters. Thank a happy parent, or answer a concern directly. Open a program, scroll to its reviews, and add an owner reply. It appears in a branded bubble right under the review, and you can edit it anytime.
Pin your best review Rookie
Open a program, find a review you love, and tap 📌. It jumps to the top with a highlighted outline and a "📌 Pinned" tag. One pin per program; pinning a new one replaces the last.
