Central Illinois Patriots

Central Illinois Patriots is a competitive travel fastpitch softball program based in central Illinois, fielding teams at the 10u, 12u, and high school levels. Founded in 2024 and run by coach Don Hidden, the program draws players from the Peoria, Morton, Bloomington, and surrounding communities.

“I would steer clear of this organization. The director belittles all of the girls on the 14U team and told them they shouldn’t even be playing in a travel ball program. This was all said after the team folded unexpectedly. The director always left the coach in tears after she spoke to him. He had to have full control of every game/tournament we entered. We paid in fees and then said they could get jerseys. We weren’t playing any games or any tournaments even though they told us we were signed up for them. It was a horrible expiring wouldn’t recommend this team to anyone. ”
