I have two kids in Hi Five. One of my kids loves it. He learned to love flag football through this program, and it has become a major and important part of his life. I'm very grateful for that. My other kid had an ok time...his team won the super bowl and he was extremely hyped. But there were games where he got zero targets, and he only touched the ball a couple times over the season. So, the coaching experience can be hit or miss. (Coaches call the plays, and for K/1st, they play QB) And it's also pretty expensive per-season (although the per-game cost is comparable to other orgs). But they do try to make sure you're getting some "bells and whistle" with high-quality jerseys, medals, super bowl rings, etc. It's one day per week with practice (25min) and games (~1hr) back to back, so (as a parent) you dont have to burn 2 days per week on the program, which is nice. And if your kids are younger, you probably wont miss much if any of the noon Bears games. Older kids play later so if your kid is >=4th grade, you might have some NFL sunday noon-game conflicts.

My son has played winter and spring leagues for the last 3 years. I like that they coaches have football experience and are not a player's parent. It's more of a backyard football league since the field is short and there aren't lines (just QB, RBs, WRs). My son loves to play and it gives him an opportunity to play the game outside of his fall season. I do wish there was a bit more instruction on position responsibility and learning more about game. Overall, we will continue and will be signing my daughter up as she has aged in now.

My son had a great time at the Hi-Five Spring Break Sports Camp! He had so much fun with all the activities and the coaches were really great. He was so excited about getting to pick his own snacks at camp each day (they provide the kids snacks but let the kids pick which 2 varieties they want each day). Drop-off was a breeze with the drop-off car line, and one of the coaches was always outside a couple minutes early to welcome my son to camp, even before the drop-off window had started
