Humboldt Park Patriots is a Pop Warner youth football and cheer organization serving Chicago's Humboldt Park community and surrounding neighborhoods. The program challenges young athletes with experienced coaches to achieve greatness both on the field and in the classroom, playing home games at Humboldt Park (1400 N Humboldt Dr).
