An organization that is truly all about the girls! No baseball just softball. The president has been actively involved for 26 years. Always putting every free moment to what he had started and continues to enjoy the development and growth of all players. Endless hours directly from him for additional coaching training from 6 year olds that are learning to play to high school players moving on to play college. The emphasis of giving back to various charities the active men and women and continue loyalty from former players that have gone on to college and come back to be apart of the non toxic girls first organization. If you want your daughter to be more than a player but a wonderful young woman that will succeed on and off the field, this organization is one you must get to know.

My player loves the program and the coaches. She has grown over the last year into an incredible player. If you’re competitive and want to develop, then this is the organization for you.

With all the organizations my kids have been a part of over the years, this is the one that stands out to me in the worst possible way. The “president” of the organization has no control over coaches. Apparently he lets them do what they want because it’s harder to find new coaches than new girls. A full team worth of girls came and went from my daughter’s team over the course of the year. I think we had about 25 listed on the GameChanger roster by the end. Despite all of those upset exiting parents, the president just stuck his head in the sand and kept taking the checks from the replacement girls. More money=good. We’re still helping my daughter recover from the mental abuse she was subjected to on that team. On top of blatantly screaming at them constantly, the coach was also more subtlety abusive, pitting them against each other, telling them he was giving them a “last chance” at the position they wanted to play so they better not make a mistake. It’s my least proud parenting moment that my daughter played there as long as she did. She’s played softball for years, before and since, and she still talks about Northern Ice like it’s hell on earth.
