Technique Gems

Technique Gems ("The GEM") is a South Shore Chicago cheer and tumbling program at 7355 S. Exchange Ave, entering Season 14. The gym fields Full Season, Quarter Season, and invitation-only Travel Teams with bids to USASF Worlds, NCA Dallas, and The Summit. Recreational cheer, tumbling classes for preschool through adult, and team training services — including traveling to outside school and rec programs — round out the offering. Ages 3–18, Levels 1–6.
