West Suburban Girls Wrestling Club was the first all-girls wrestling club in Illinois, formed in March 2020. Based at Metea Valley High School in Aurora, WSGW offers IKWF folkstyle wrestling in winter for girls ages 7-14 and freestyle wrestling in spring for middle and high school girls.
