West Suburban Girls Wrestling was the first all-girls wrestling club in Illinois, formed in March 2020. Based at Metea Valley High School in Aurora, WSGW offers folkstyle wrestling in fall and freestyle wrestling in the spring for girls in spring for middle and high school girls.
