“The trainers are outstanding, and the facility is great. What I think a lot of people overlook is the value of having access to the gym and batting cages even when your team isn't practicing. My boys are there all the time, and that extra access has made a tremendous difference in their development. One of the things I appreciate most is the culture. Even if my kids aren't there for a private lesson, the coaches will stop to give them a tip, encourage them, or celebrate something they did well. Those little interactions build confidence and keep kids wanting to improve. My biggest area for improvement would be bringing some of the administrative side more into the 21st century, especially scheduling and payments. A more modern system would make things much easier for families. That said, the people and the value are incredible. ESP provides resources and opportunities (especially during the offseason) that are hard to find in the Midwest. Like anything, you get out what you put into it, and if your player is willing to take advantage of what's available, the opportunity for growth is there.”
