“After coming off a very difficult season for my daughter, iam very disturbed at this organization! The coach treated young girls awful, they never had a good game plan and the paid coach did nothing. Very bad organization! Julie the softball president is fake! Be careful! Waste of money! Ask Julie where she finds her coaches and most are parents whose kids can't get on teams!”

“This organization doesn't care about development only money! The owner wants to retain girls and those are the girls he pushes to stay in the organization even if the girls fight and argue with coaches. The other comments are fake praising the organization.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with the Illinois Hawks organization. The coaching staff showed clear favoritism, and it often felt like playing time and opportunities were based on personal relationships rather than effort, improvement, or performance. What was even more frustrating was the lack of leadership from the top. The head of the softball organization and the head of the baseball program seemed uninterested in addressing concerns or supporting the players and families. When issues were brought up, it felt like they simply didn’t care. Youth sports should be about developing athletes, building confidence, and teaching teamwork, but that wasn’t the environment I experienced here. Instead, it felt like certain players were favored while others were overlooked regardless of how hard they worked. Very disappointing and a waste of money.”

“Where do I start? Can’t say enough good things. Coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely care about the players. Org directors have the pedigree and experience to guide your athlete all the way through high school and into College. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, fosters an open, honest and comfortable environment. Facilities are great. Well organized for practices and lessons. Also We have never had a problem finding a spot to get extra work in at the dome, which does not cost extra. Trainers at the facility are fantastic. My daughter is hitting the ball harder, (OPS increased 200 points over last year) and getting on base more (AVG up 150 points from last year) and has become a much better infielder through her work with the coaches and trainers with the org. It’s a great place to stay and grow. ”

“As a parent I have seen tremendous growth from my player since joining the Hawks. The coaches and leadership take team building very seriously and choose the right players to build strong teams. They are fully invested in the growth of the girls and seeing each team succeed. Great tournament choices and options for lessons within the program. Very pleased with our last 2 seasons and looking forward to our next! Here are words directly from my player: "It's a good organization because everyone helps you learn and grow.
