“We recently moved to KR after being in another organization. My daughter is so happy with the move and wishes we would have done this sooner. Highly recommend!”
“KR is a strong program for younger ages who are looking to learn and grow. If your athlete is looking for a higher level of play, their ‘premier’ levels do not cut it against other stronger programs in the area and you would be better served going elsewhere. This is speaking from experience with kids in the program and playing against them as well. ”
“Our experience with KR Fastpitch was extremely disappointing. After tryouts, we were initially told by the coaching staff that our daughter did not have a position on the team. Based on that information, we began exploring other opportunities for her. Just a few days later, KR changed course and offered her a roster spot, which we accepted and paid the required deposit for. Shortly afterward, we found another opportunity that was a better fit given the uncertainty surrounding her role, and we notified KR within just a few days that we would be withdrawing. We believed we were acting promptly while rosters were still being finalized and requested a partial refund in good faith. That request was denied because the deposit was considered non-refundable. The most frustrating part is what happened next. The team ultimately folded and never played a single game. Every family that remained on the roster received their deposits back because the organization canceled the season, but ours was withheld solely because we had withdrawn beforehand—even though there was ultimately no team, no season, and no roster spot to reserve. When we asked KR to identify where the contract specifically states that a family forfeits its deposit if the team later dissolves, they declined to point to any specific language and simply repeated their position. We felt they were relying on a technicality rather than treating families fairly. Throughout this process, we communicated respectfully and professionally. Unfortunately, we did not feel that respect was returned. If you're considering this organization, be sure to carefully review the refund policy and understand that even if the team never ends up playing, you may not be treated the same as other families depending on when you leave. We expected fairness and consistency. Sadly, that was not our experience.”
“The organization is great with fantastic coaches and competitive schedules!”
