Playing time is earned through effort, attendance, coachability, and teamwork. playing time is not just given automatically. The coaches care about helping every player develop while also doing what’s best for the team during games. If your player is willing to work hard, listen, and support their teammates, this is a great organization that teaches much more than just softball.”

“The slammers organization has changed softball and it has changed my life. Coach Jack is the best coach I have ever been with. He never yells at us, and he is always encouraging to us girls. If you make a good effort and try your hardest, you will be rewarded. The slammers girls are also a reason why our team is like a family because everyone is so welcoming and so kind. The way players act during practice is reflected in gameplay. Coach Jack gave out rules and expectations at the start of the season and those should be followed. “Great team , coach and facilities. Expectations and goals clearly set at the beginning of the season . Schedule of games and practice is very demanding but that’s how you reach your goals in travel ball . If you like to take vacations that don’t involve softball or play/practice up to 5+ days a week stick with rec league softball. ”
