“Part of organization for 5 years. Team is dissolving because of poor coaching and lack of development. Coaching staff is lacking. Owner cannot manage money and should not be around children. Verbally abusive as a coach and takes no accountability for his actions. ”

“This organization only sees your kid as a dollar sign. They pocket all they can and make you fundraise every year to cover tournaments and league play, even though your fees go up each year as well. Fields you play on are horrible and never maintained. Offseason program is a joke, nothing they do provides any value to make your kid better. They cram you into a small space because they cramas many teams into the facility as they can to make the most money. The owners should worry more about providing better structure, development, and training rather than trying to start up their own t-ball leagues, men's softball leagues, and baseball and softball tournaments. That should be the red flag anyone needs to stay away from this organization. ”

“Terrible Org. Lots of drama created by "team mom". One of the teams has a coach who picks on kids pretty bad. Stay away. No development, just trophy chasers. Owners only care about money and sometimes get dropped from tournaments due to lack of payment and then have to reregister. Stay away. ”

“Avoid. An org that only cares about money, and Wins. Coaches turn on you. Parents want to fight each other during games, its so bad they have to ban them from games. Ownership skims funds from other team budgets to pay for their prized high level team. Their high end team never plays any other high end local teams, can only wonder why. Their are good coaches, instructors and parents there, but just hard to overlook coaches drinking alcohol at games, players swearing at other teams, just no accountability. ”

“Like others have said, this organization only cares about money and how much they can make from each family. A very small portion of the high fees they charge actually go to help your team. All goes in their pockets. Poorly run and they only care about the team the owner coaches. They cram multiple non LZ teams into their facility so you only get a small spot to practice in. Winter speed and agility program with their “professional” coaches is a joke. Don’t charge fees like the top travel organizations do when you choose to line your pockets and do nothing to invest in your teams. ”
