“Know what you’re getting in to. For kids under 9 or 10 years old there’s not a lot of organization to how they play. It gets their energy out but it’s kids running and chucking basketballs. I will say the refs are great at teaching the kids the rules without bogging the kids down in it. ”

“Park dist. Basketball is great for kids. I think it's a good mix of kids that may know how to play with others that are just starting off. The early Saturday mornings can be tough, and parking is crowded. And if you have other children not playing bring some kinda small activity. ”

“Great program! The referees are generally very good about guiding the kids through the rules and teaching them how to play! We’ve lucked out with some great volunteer coaches, too!”
