“Terrible experience with the 11U program. The organization decided to remove the coach in the middle of the season, leaving 11 girls without a team and disrupting a season that the players had worked hard for. What made the situation even more disappointing was that multiple parents expressed concerns about the decision, yet those concerns appeared to go unheard. The focus should always be on the players and providing a stable, positive environment for their development. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not return to this organization or recommend it to other families.”

“Our experience has been outstanding. The coaching staff is knowledgeable, well-rounded, and provides a great balance of both male and female leadership. Each coach brings valuable high school, travel, or collegiate playing experience, and despite many being parents themselves, they are fair, supportive, and always put the team first. They are excellent role models who create an environment that balances fun with player development, growth, and success. The team is competitive, everyone is encouraged to contribute, and each player has an important role. It’s a positive culture that helps athletes improve while enjoying the game.”

“While the organization is not known for being the most competitive for older age groups and girls looking to play at the college level, you can find that here with the right group of girls and coaches. Great organization for younger level beginners and to build year after year into the college exposure teams if wanting to. All coaches are parents of some sort, but they are doing better with bringing on college players as assistants for the older girls looking to play at the college level. You get a clear outline of where your money is going and great payment plan. Most teams do take a couple month long winter break in November-December depending on tournament schedule. Have had multiple girls in the program and like any other program it depends on the coach of the team on what you are getting out of it. Ask all of the questions even if they are uncomfortable as this is your money you are investing and your daughter’s time. ”
