“It depends on who your coach is. Ours was not worried about helping the kids make improvements. Ajax has gotten big over the last few years and is struggling with the quality of their coaches. We will be moving to a new club because of this and poor communication from the club. ”

“Multiple coaches in one year. Worst home fields in the league at Indian Boundary YMCA in Downers Grove. Multiple practice locations all over Naperville. Including lousy elementary school fields. Coaches frequently late or absent. Lack of community involvement. Not what it used to be when our oldest played. It’s a shame. Too much growth too fast. ”

“The coaching is phenomenal. Every time I think my daughter has gotten soooo much better her skills get even better. I am so impressed. The program does such a good job progressing all players and even tries to give equal playing time to all of the girls. Your money will be well spent because the level and skill increases and you’re not just paying to have your daughter sit on the bench during games. Coach Sal especially has been amazing however all of the coaches are stand out good. ”
